Desc: Liebe verlernt man nicht: Directed by Bettina Woernle. With Katrin Sass, Stephan Luca, Julia Richter, Marcus Mittermeier. Eva Simon is actually a woman who can not be shaken by anything: Together with the family of her son Theo, she lives contentedly on a former farm in the picturesque Rheingau, where she practically does the housework on her own and takes care of her grandchildren Lilli and Nico, while Theo and his wife Marlene pursue their professions. But that the young, fun-loving photographer Jonathan Wolf is now moving into a side building of the courtyard and setting up his studio precisely where Eva once ran her beloved cabaret - that's too much for the self-confident woman in her mid-fifties. Eva watches every step of her new tenant suspiciously. She only has mocking remarks for the colorful, sometimes noisy hustle and bustle in Jonathan's studio and the changing visits by women. In fact, behind Eva's negative attitude, there is a great curiosity about the unconventional life of the photo artist. And Jonathan is also interested in the cheerful, experienced woman who is so completely different from the models he interacts with on a daily basis. So he persuades Eva to model him for a special photo project. While working together, the two get unexpectedly close, and something happens that nobody expected, least of all Eva herself: She falls in love with the man who is more than 20 years younger - and he falls in love with her, intensely and sincerely. At first, Eva tries to keep the relationship a secret. But of course it doesn't take long before her family sees through the game of hide-and-seek. While her daughter Marie and her daughter-in-law Marlene are happy about Eva's happiness, Theo is opposed to the relationship. And then one day Jonathan's 13-year-old daughter Paula turns up, with whom he has not had any contact for ten years. Paula, who escaped from home after difficulties with her mother, now wants Jonathan all to herself. She doesn't think much of her father's new "old" friend. And Eva, too, has ever greater doubts as to whether her love has a future.
